Shipping
Orders are prepared and dispatched from South Korea. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking when it is available.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees. 
We are currently offering flat rate shipping as promotion for international customers
If a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. 

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a refund, the garment must be in the same condition as it was shipped: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
No refund will be given if the garment is not in the condition in which it was shipped.

How to return
Email us at maisonbeille.official@gmail.com with your order number within 7 days of receipt. Wait for our confirmation and the return address before sending anything back.

Return shipping
The customer pays all return shipping costs, including any tax and tariffs. These costs are not refunded.

Refunds
A refund will be issued only after the garment has been returned to our warehouse and reviewed. If the return is accepted, the item price is refunded to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping is not refunded.

Not eligible
Returns requested after 7 days of receipt
Garments that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
Items missing tags or original packaging
Returns sent without our prior confirmation

Cancellations
You may cancel only before the order has been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible
